Annual harvest report

A year, audited.

Once a year we publish everything — yields, farmer income, soil health, water use, exports, supply-chain incidents. Audited by a third party. Released even when the numbers aren't flattering.

What we publish.

120 pages or so. Boring on purpose — credibility lives in the footnotes.

01

Yields by crop & region

Acre-weighted yields versus the regional benchmark, by crop, by district, year-on-year.

02

Farmer income

Median, P25 and P75 farmer-household income across our partner network, normalised by acreage.

03

Soil health index

Organic carbon, NPK, micronutrients — start of season versus end of season, audited.

04

Water audit

Litres per kg of crop, by category. Compared to ICAR benchmarks. Improvement or regression — both reported.

05

Quality & recall

Lot rejection rates, customer claims, recalls (none this year, we hope to keep it that way), and root-cause logs.

06

What went wrong

A standing chapter in every annual report. The seasons that disappointed, and what we changed.

Why we publish it.

Most agribusinesses publish a glossy "impact report" full of carefully cropped photos and round numbers. We don't. The annual harvest report is the same document our board sees — same numbers, same footnotes, same uncomfortable bits.

Who audits it.

An independent auditor, rotated every three years, who has full access to our farmer settlement records, lab reports, and lot-level data. Their letter is on page 1.

How to get a copy.
